One of the biggest challenges involved installing the swimming pool, which required the pool shell to be craned over a two-storey home.

The site also suffered from significant drainage issues, with heavy clay soil and winter weather creating waterlogged areas that were unsuitable for landscaping.

A large crane was used to carefully position the pool shell into the backyard, while a new drainage system was installed to address the site's longstanding water issues.

Once the drainage challenges were resolved, construction progressed across the property, including hardscaping, planting, lawns, and the swimming pool area.

The completed project transformed the property from front to back, creating a functional, attractive, and low-maintenance outdoor environment.

Through careful planning, effective drainage solutions, and quality construction, the site was successfully transformed into a space designed for everyday living and entertaining.
