Construction had already commenced with another contractor but had come to a standstill due to unforeseen circumstances.

The client was left with an unfinished project, uncertainty about the remaining work, and an outdoor space that fell far short of the original vision .

We worked closely with the client to develop a practical plan to complete the project while remaining mindful of budget requirements.

A substantial macrocarpa pergola was constructed to define the outdoor living area, while a new concrete patio provided the foundation for both the spa pool and outdoor fireplace. Every element was carefully integrated to create a cohesive and functional space.

The completed landscape delivered exactly what the client had hoped for: a versatile outdoor entertaining space centered around a beautiful spa pool and fireplace.

The custom macrocarpa pergola now provides structure, character, and year-round usability, creating an inviting environment for both everyday living and special occasions.
